- The day before your reservation, you will receive an email and/or SMS to reconfirm or cancel your booking. Only after reconfirming through that method will your reservation be fully confirmed.
- Tables are assigned based on the needs of the venue and cannot be chosen by customers.
- Making a reservation guarantees you a table, but the scheduled time may be slightly adjusted depending on venue availability.

- All minors must be accompanied by adults at all times. They may not run around, play on the floor, or endanger the safety of the staff.
- Pets are allowed only if they are not loose and do not disrupt the venue with barking, running, etc.
- Bringing outside food or drinks is not permitted, nor is playing music from external devices.
- Playing with balls, inflatables, or any other games is prohibited, as well as running or disrupting the venue’s order.
- Atenas Playa is not responsible for lost items, cash, jewelry, valuables, damage, or accidents.
- Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed. People in costumes, sashes, headbands, or wearing any offensive or obscene accessories will not be admitted. Any reservation will be canceled if any attendee violates these rules or participates in such events. No refund will be issued.
- Balloons or decorations not provided by Atenas Playa are not allowed. Shouting, moaning, chanting, or any disruptive behavior is also prohibited.
- Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all visitors. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
- If the reservation has an associated cancellation policy: if guests do not show up, give no notice, or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a charge per person will apply.
- For prepaid reservations: if guests do not show up, give no prior notice, or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will not be refunded. Likewise, if fewer guests arrive on the day of the reservation without 48 hours’ prior notice, no refund will be given for the absent guest(s).
- If you wish to change the reservation date or number of guests, your request will be accepted if made with sufficient advance notice and subject to availability. You can manage the request by calling the restaurant.
