Restaurants
- The maximum waiting time for which your booking will be held is 20 minutes. After this time, your booking will no longer be guaranteed. In case of delay, please contact us by calling 856 925 190.
- For bookings subject to a cancellation policy, in the event of a no-show, failure to notify us, or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged €10 per person.
- In the case of bookings associated with a prepayment, such as group bookings, if the guest does not show up or cancels less than 48 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will not be refunded. For groups of 16 people or more, cancellation must be made at least one week before the event.
- Once the booking has been made through the web booking engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity with all the relevant information.
- If you wish to modify the booking date or the number of guests, your request will be handled, provided that it is made with reasonable minimum notice before the scheduled time, and subject to availability. You can do this by calling the restaurant.
- Please note that, a few days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and/or SMS in which you must reconfirm or cancel the booking using the links provided for this purpose.
- Only once you have reconfirmed the booking via email or SMS will your booking be fully confirmed.
Sunbeds and Beach Club
- The maximum waiting time for which your booking will be held is 30 minutes. After this time, your booking will no longer be guaranteed. In case of delay, please contact us by phone.
- If you cancel your booking more than 14 days in advance, the full amount of your booking price will be refunded, excluding the processing fees paid, minus €5 for bank charges related to the refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 14 days in advance, the price of your booking will not be refunded.
- The cancellation of any product or service offered at our establishments will be governed by the Cancellation Policy published on our website. However, if the health authorities impose any restriction that prevents the service from being provided in full, not partially, the full amount of the booking or the amount paid will be refunded.
