The maximum waiting time for your reservation is 15 minutes. After that time, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed. In case of delay, please contact us at +34 856 925 190.
For reservations with an associated cancellation policy, if you do not show up, fail to notify us, or cancel the reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of €10 per person will apply.
For prepaid reservations, such as group bookings of up to 15 people, if you do not show up or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will not be refunded. For groups of 16 or more, cancellation must be made at least one week in advance.
Once the reservation is made through the web booking system, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant information.
If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of guests, your request will be accommodated as long as it is made with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled time and subject to availability. You can make this change by calling the restaurant.
A few days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and/or SMS asking you to confirm or cancel the reservation via the provided links.
Only once you reconfirm your reservation via the email or SMS will your booking be fully confirmed.

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded, except for €5 (administration fee).
If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
The cancellation of any product or service offered at our venues is subject to the Cancellation Policy published on our website. However, if health authorities impose restrictions that prevent the service from being provided entirely (not partially), the full amount of the reservation or payment will be refunded
