Terms and Conditions

Reservations cease to be valid if the guest does not access their table within 15 minutes of the reservation time. Once this window has lapsed, their reservation will no longer be ensured (if you will be late, please contact us via telephone at 856925190)
Tables are assigned according to the restaurant’s needs, therefore guests may not choose their table.
Making a reservation guarantees a table, but reservation times may vary slightly in function of the restaurant’s availability.
Atenas Playa is not responsible for adverse weather conditions.
Guests are not allowed into the restaurant in bathing suits or wraps, without shirts or shoes.
Guests are not allowed to relocate or move together tables without permission from Atenas Playa, and waiters will be responsible for allocating tables.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. They may not run around, play on the ground, or be a hindrance to our wait staff in any way.
Pets are allowed as long as they are not loose or interfere with the restaurant’s operations with their barking, running, etc.
Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks, nor are allowed to play music through loudspeakers.
Playing with balls, inflatables, or any other type of toy is prohibited, as is running or disrupting order.
Atenas Playa is not responsible for damage, accidents, lost or stolen cash, jewellery, or other articles of value.
Entry will be denied to stag/hen parties, as well as those in fancy dress, with flags, headbands, accessories or clothing with derogatory or obscene distinguishing visual statements. All reservations for guests that do not comply with these rules or are part of one of these events will be cancelled without refund.
No outside decorations or balloons are allowed into Atenas Playa. Likewise, guests are not allowed to disturb others with yelling, whistling, singing, etc.
We will contact the individual under which each reservation is made the day prior to their reservation in order to confirm their visit, number of guests, and arrival time. If we are unable to get in contact using the telephone number provided, the guest must themselves confirm the reservation at least 12 hours in advance. Guests can do so by telephone at 856 92 51 90 or by email to info@atenasplaya.com, providing their name, telephone number, and reservation date and time.
Following these rules is compulsory for all guests wishing to access the premises. Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a reason for immediate expulsion from the premises.
